People from GWs apologize for not everyone being able to get there hats. They are going to have again. Information below.
We are planning on re-running Wintersday in the last week of January, starting on January 29th, with the finale on February 7th. There will be a festival hat NPC collecting Candy Cane Shards in exchange for this year's Wintersday hats, so if you miss the finale, you will still have a chance to collect the hat.

Double AB faction weekend

Starting at Noon Pacific this Friday, January 22nd, you will earn double Kurzick or (yuck) luxon faction for participating in Alliance Battles. This will last until 11:59 PM Pacific on Sunday, January 24th.
Alliance Battles are 12 vs 12 PvP battles that are done with 3 teams of 4 people. They determine the area of control for the kurzicks and luxons in factions. Kurzicks don their traditional blue cape and appear as blue dots on the radar, while Luxons wear their traditional red cape and appear as red dots on the radar.
To get to the Alliance Battle area go to your Guild hall and talk to the Kurzick/Luxon Alliance battle representative.
